During this time, our team decided it was our responsibility to enact new protocols to reduce human-to-human interaction during this public health situation. That means no pet owners in the building, we ask that when you arrive you give us a call so we can come out and get your pet from you.
While this has been working splendidly for reducing the risk of spread, it also means our clients have put a LOT of trust into us, which is incredibly meaningful. We know these are your fur children. We know they are your world. We know it is tough to hand them off. We want you to know our priority will always be keeping them safe, happy, and healthy. Thank you to everyone who has faced this challenge with us. We will get through this together.
We continue to offer curbside service. Medications and food are still available to pick up. We ask that you give us a call at least 7 to 14 days ahead of time to ensure we have your product in stock for you. We are also asking that you pay by credit card over the phone and avoid debit/cash payments.
