Our Resident Cat

Meet our resident senior cat, who has appointed herself as the unofficial manager of reception. She loves greeting clients, supervising the front desk, and reminding our reception team who is really in charge. She enjoys a good cuddle (on her terms, of course!) and may occasionally offer a gentle “love bite” as a reminder to keep the pets coming.

Her many talents include walking across keyboards, assisting with appointment scheduling, reviewing invoices, and occasionally answering—or ending—phone calls. While her productivity may be questionable, her dedication to keeping the reception team entertained is unmatched. She takes her role as clinic supervisor very seriously… even if it means making everyone’s job just a little more challenging!
